We learnt about Japan and Korea trip through our relatives in the US. Then we contacted the Hallmark office at Surat. It was with Dhwani that we got ourselves listed on this trip. Hiral and Ashruti helped us with all the formalities of visas for Japan and Korea. We met Ketki, our group manager, when we visited Surat to collect our passports and visas. It was a fruitful introduction. Even before we set out for the trip, we received regular tips and information from Ketki, which was really helpful. Our trip was well managed by them.
