We joined this tour with great expectations and we’re delighted to say that they were all met. The staff, arrangements, guides , food and transportation were all taken care of very professionally. I would go on a tour of my interest with this company anytime. I give them my highest recommendation.

This was first time we used "Hallmark Tour". We had good time in South and East Africa. It was nice to have Indian Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Dhwani coordinator was very flexible with all of us. Our Maharaj did good job. Hotel was satisfactory for price we paid.

We visited India from USA in September and we used travel planning from Hallmark travel and we were extremely happy. Mr Vijay planned our visit to Rajasthan and Kashmir and it was absolutely well planned . Somebody was always there at the airport to receive us . Selection of hotels , tour sites and guides were also very good . He also kept in touch with us during whole trip and was able to help if we had any question or problem . I would highly recommend to use Hallmark travel for your trip to India . Mr Vijay also told me that he can also help with International destinations .

Travelling with Hallmark to Singapore and Malaysia was a wonderful experience. Everything was satisfactory except for the airlines that they chose. They could have chosen better airlines. I want to express my gratitude to Mrs. Ketki for her guidance and assistance in our journey.Thank you.

We learnt about Japan and Korea trip through our relatives in the US. Then we contacted the Hallmark office at Surat. It was with Dhwani that we got ourselves listed on this trip. Hiral and Ashruti helped us with all the formalities of visas for Japan and Korea. We met Ketki, our group manager, when we visited Surat to collect our passports and visas. It was a fruitful introduction. Even before we set out for the trip, we received regular tips and information from Ketki, which was really helpful. Our trip was well managed by them. The guide from Japan, Murali was a fantastic person and We could easily associate with him', being an Indian. The trip was amazing and satisfying. I would thank the staff at Hallmark, especially Ashish and Ketki, for such professional management. Looking forward to more trips with Hallmark.
