Hi Ketki. We are really happy with your services. She is very friendly and knowledgeable. You take care of all of us. Even special needs of certain people such aa Jain food including me. My doctor advised me to eat salad or vegetables all meals, protein such as tofu, paneer and yogurt and avoid roti and rice and sugary foods. You make sure that I get yogurt for my meals. You have instructed chef to prepare tofu or paneer for me. You are very clear in your instructions. Keep us informed about daily program, breakfast, lunch and dinner time. You even run around for groceries, refilling food items when we are in the dining areas. Help loading and unloading bags. Offered help to people if they need help in transferring the luggage to their rooms. You have made our tour enjoyable. Thanks. 

We were 16 people on the tour of Europe with Hallmark. We had great experience. Starting from our tour manager Dhwani , lead chef with two support staff & , jay who was part of the team helping Dhwani did an exceptional job to make my family vacation experience unforgettable.
Food was excellent three times a day we were serve not only different types of cuisines but also something special for kids so they also can be part of dinner table with a smile. All this because Dhawani , jay & chef will be at your table at least twice to make sure you have a great meal. I only gained 6 pound during 2 week trip so it’s not bad haha. Transportation , timing to destinations were never late. Well organized & when challenge came they adapt very quickly so it doesn’t ruin our experience.
They gave us enough time to spend at each location to enjoy.( except shopping which is never enough but that was a good thing for my pocket lol) Over all we are happy with the tour & recommend to go with hallmark. Thanks Dhwani & team !

Yash and Hardik were amazing tour guides. They guided our group of 17 through Spain and Portugal for 13 days. Everything went very smooth and they handled our requests and suggestions to the best of their abilities. They truly became friends by the end of the trip. Would definitely do a trip with them in the future.

We are finally back home from our trip and I would like to thank you to Mr Vijay Miyatra for organizing our trip for Unforgettable UTTARAKHAND, Like Mussorri , Rishikesh, Haridwar, Corbett and Nainital us throughout.
